Magura has taken motorcycle racing's proven 4-pistion technology and applied it to their MT5 Next Disc Brake, creating an absolute maximum of braking force. No matter how difficult the trail terrain, Magura's 4-pstion technology and novel new ergonomics in the brake lever deliver a performance package that's sure to boost riding confidence. The aluminum, 2-finger brake levers are ergonomically designed for comfort, allowing easy and accurate application of braking power, even during long braking actions. New flip-flop lever design allows installation on either side of the bar and Shift Mix lever clamps work with SRAM Triggers. Carbotecture technology in the brake handle housing keeps the MT5's weight down to a minimum and provides optimal braking performance. magnetiXchange magnetic pistons fit perfectly into the brake caliper, guaranteeing quick and easy pad replacement. It also has an improved weight ratio performance, easy bleed technology and uses long life Royal Blood mineral oil. The MT5 is perfect for downhill, enduro, all-mountain/trail, ebikes and even S-Pedelecs (e-bikes up to 28 miles per hour).
