Bugs BeGone is a DEET-free natural insect repellent, comprised of six different essential oils whose aromas are pleasing and attractive to humans, yet keep the bugs away. The main essential oil in Bugs BeGone is Eucalyptus Citriodora, or Lemon Eucalyptus, which has a fresh, sweet, lemon-like fragrance, and is registered and approved by the Environmental Protection Agency. According to The Center for Disease Control, Eucalyptus Citriodora is effective against mosquitoes carrying the West Nile Virus.
