Cougar is easy to carry, with a highly functional 4.76"" satin finished long and durable D2 stainless tool steel blade. Its powerful Liner Lock mechanism also features built-in blade locking safety. Designed by Russian master Alexander Biryukov. ABOUT HOKC The company has been in existence since 1998. We specialize in the development and manufacture of edged weapons and special equipment. Some samples have been officially adopted by elite units of the Russian army and special forces. This weapon has proven itself well in combat operations.
