About Kizlyar Supreme Bushmate Convex AUS8 Stonewash
Whether you are suffering the humidity of the rainforest or a parched savanna, every adventurer wants the BushMate to be a hands-breathe away. At 17 3/8” overall length and a 10 7/8” blade length, the BushMate dominates the landscape but not your pack or person. The Caucasus Walnut full tang handle rests smoothly and seamlessly in your grip. If you wish to add a lanyard there is a whole in the handle to accommodate you for added safety. Depending on the environment you plan to conquer, you have two options of BushMate: Convex AUS-8 or the Scandi 420HC steel. If your exploring thick foliage and need more power, the Convex AUS-8 version gives you the extra chopping power with the added thickness (4.8mm) and weight (1 lbs 3 oz). If you are traversing through thinner terrain, the Scandi 420HC will suffice with less thickness (2.8mm) and weight (13 oz). The BushMate’s thoroughness in design doesn’t end with the blade itself. The embossed premium leather sheath included adds more functionality as well as value. The oversize flap allows for ease open and quick snap-button closed. The belt loop features a dangler system that permits ease of movement and blade draws. If you wish to add a thigh belt to improve security and reduce noise, a loop in the back of the sheath gives you that option. More than knife and more versatile than a machete, when you’re in the thick of it, you want have your BushMate!
