About EZSMITH Knife Making Pommel
This is an oval radiused stainless steel pommel. It was designed by Master Blade Smith, Harvey Dean. This pommel is universal in nature and can be used on any hidden tang knife handle design that features a through-hole with a threaded fastener assembly. It is made from engravable 420 stainless steel, is heat-treated, and satin finished. The fastener hole features a recess that allows a tang nut to be tightened below the surface and flushed off to a smooth end finish. It can also be left, as-is, where the tang nut sits below the surface of the pommel. The reverse side has a milled slot to allow the tang-end to recess, eliminating rotation and handle failure. This expertly designed piece is very high quality. It will professionally dress-out any custom knife handle.
