About Custom Made Svelte Skinning Knife Damascus Steel
This cowboy style dual (horizontal / vertical) carrying knife features full tang construction. Measuring 7-1/2” in total length, this skinner knife is loaded with 3-1/2” blade and 3-1/8” razor sharp cutting edge. The knife is hand made using Knives Ranch's exclusive Damascus steel, which is hammer forged in 240 layers using AISI-5160 high-carbon spring steel and AISI-4340 chromium molybdenum alloy steel. The 1/8" thick blade is designed as spey point for better performance during skinning and deboning of your game animal. The ergonomically crafted 4” handle is built with red stag antler for smooth grip and exotic feel. A Damascus steel bolster is added to the handle for extra strength and esthetic finish. The knife come with a high-quality and heavy-duty dual carrying sheath. Besides the vertical carrying belt loop the sheath is also equipped with horizontal carrying loop.
