The 150 Hookset is a medium sized Cleaver Knife knife and has a titanium coated blade that is designed for added flexibility and corrosion resistance. A rubberized anti-slip grip and a stainless steel safety guard make sure that you can safely prep your catch. The 6.35" blade is made from 5Cr15MoV stainless steel. This is a general-purpose stainless steel that is well suited for routine applications, is easily sharpened and offers a great blend of hardness and wear resistance.
