MOTORIZED: The Power Spinner plastic base measures 2.25 x 4.5 x 7.5” and spins at an even speed (2 AA batteries required). Included are 3 spinning cups, 1.75 x 4”, with snap on lids and 2, 4-inch J-hook needles. There are printed and illustrated instructions on the side of the box.
EASY TO USE: Thread your needle and knot the end. Pour seed beads into the cup, filling about halfway. Flip the switch and the cups will spin in either direction. Place the curved end of the needle horizontally into the cup. The beads will load onto the needle. Switch the bowls and not the beads when switching colors, shapes or styles. An excellent time saver!
FAST AND FUN: This hand-crafted devise is a unique way to string beads efficiently. The needles work great with seed beads of all sizes, as long as they slip over the curve of the needle. You can also string other small glass beads, including delicas in sizes 6/0 to 15/0.
BEADWORK: This handy wheel is an absolute must for anyone looking to create fringe, multi-strand necklaces, appliqués, and hanks. They are great for stringing beads for ornamentation such as French beaded flowers, bead weaving, bead crochet, bead knitting and anything else requiring long strands of beads!

Whether you are making a beaded necklace, bracelet, or strands of beaded garland, The Beadsmith has got you covered! Our Beadsmith Spin & String, Power Spinner is a quick and efficient way to string beads in a minimal amount of time. The spinning wheel is used with a needle that has a J-hook at the end. The spinning wheel is easy and fun to use. Before you begin, make sure you are working on a level surface. Measure you thread to be 10 inches longer than the length of the beads that you need. To use, thread your needle and knot the end, or leave it attached to the spool of thread. To avoid getting your thread tangled, tuck the short end between plies of the longer end. Pour seed beads into the cup, filling about halfway. Flip the switch on the side of the base to spin the cup in either direction, great for both right and left-handed beaders. The motor will spin at an even speed. Use your hand to place the curved end horizontally into the beads near (but not touching) the outer wall of the right side of the cup. The beads will load onto the needle very rapidly. Once you have a couple of inches of beads on the needle, carefully life up the curved end and then push the beads down onto the thread. Repeat the whole process of spinning and string until you’ve reached the desired length of beads. Using 3 bowls will enable you to change the bowls and not the beads when switching colors, shapes or styles. An excellent time saver! TIP: If you have difficulty, try experimenting with different needle positions and spinning directions to find a combination that is most comfortable and effective for you. For this tool to be effective, there is a functional sharp edge. Please use with caution. Not recommended for children under 15 years old.
