This unit is designed to hold a speed bag or a heavy bag, there are no tools required for changing between a heavy bag or a speed bag, changes in seconds. The mounting brackets are made of heavy gage steel tubing with predrilled mounting holes for 16 inch or 24 inch center-stud spacing. The heavy gauge angle iron is welded for a vibration free workout. Comes with a 1-1/2 " thick (NOTE: the strike board is thicker than the one in the photo) by 24" diameter, high impact striking board with rubber padding around the diameter!! The platform has a powder coated finish. Non adjustable. Made in the U.S.A. Unit weighs 53 pounds without the bags. (Bags sold separately.) Custom platform colors available upon request for an additional charge.
