The next evolution of the speed bag swivel is here. We took the traditional swivel design, tore it apart, and reconstructed it from the ground up - improving on the original in nearly every way. The result was the Thunderbolt Speed Bag Swivel: the fastest, strongest, and most predictable stainless steel swivel available on the market. Constructed from pro-grade stainless steel and finished with a timeless matte bead blast, this is the last swivel you will ever need. Our proprietary, triple bearing design features three high-speed bearings that work in unison to produce lightning-fast rebounds for high-intensity training sessions, without the chatter and squeak associated with traditional steel swivels. The Meister Thunderbolt measures just over 2” from the speed bag deck to the bag mounting point; making it 40% more compact than traditional, taller designs. This reduced distance from deck to bag loop translates to a reduced pendulum length, which means faster and more consistent bag speed. We got rid of the finicky cotter pin system found on most swivels, and replaced it with a modern, flat head quick-release pin. No more chasing dropped wires or bending a worn out pin to get a secure fit. Our custom quick-release pin is easy to use one-handed, and tight tolerances means your bag won’t go flying off, no matter how fast you drum. Our custom cast shackle features a unique squared-off design, eschewing the rounded loop seen in traditional designs. This change keeps bags centered on the shackle, eliminating the need to tape bags to the center of the shackle to prevent them from riding up the sides, while still leaving enough width for standard speed bag loops to fit on the flats. Designed with a mounting pattern to fit standard platforms, the Meister Thunderbolt includes all mounting hardware required. Ideal for both commercial gym and home use.
