SOLITAIRE WW2 WARGAMES contains three strategy card games, all on themes from the Second World War. SNIPER ATTACK places you in the role of a sniper behind enemy lines, attempting to create havoc. STRINGBAG simulates the torpedo bombing role of the Fairey Swordfish, and puts you in the cockpit of a plane as you target enemy warships. PENAL BATTALION is an abstract game about mine clearing. All three games are for solo play, and each has seen print previously in Panzer Digest magazine, but have been out of print. This edition brings them together for the first time, and provides the player with games that stress high playability and historicity. All you need is a standard deck of playing cards and these rules, and off you go on your own adventure. Published by Minden Games, as volume 3 of the Minden Classics series, this is a 48-page illustrated book containing all three solitaire games.
