This is PR brand adapter Lift Chair or Power Recliner AC/DC Switching Power Supply Transformer Fully Compatible with OKIN Lift Chair and Power Recline DeltaDrive and BetaDrive Motors and Tranquil Ease Power Recliner Motors with a 2 pin (flat/Round) connection.. Input - 120-240VAC 50/60Hz 1.5A Output - DC 24V-29V 2.0A Cable is attached to the transformer unit. This cable connects to the motor with a 2 pin connection ( One flat and One Round ). This transformer is the same as an OKIN SP2-B. The only difference is that you must purchase the power cord separately or you can purchase this unit as a Power Supply Kit that includes the power cord. This unit does not contain battery back-up.
