About Scalextric Ford Sierra RS500 Gulf #7 1:32 Slot Race
For years, Ford was falling behind the competition when they took to the track, but in 1983, they decided to change the odds and develop a car to pass their rivals, the Ford RS500 was born. Rolling on to the track in 1987, Ford saw immediate success in touring. Not the most stunning of cars, it hid all its beauty under the hood with its power, able to take on any sportscar. Showing off its Whale Tail, the RS500 wouldn't have been the same without it, increasing handling and stabilizing the powerful machine. Considered a widely sought after collectable, this car has gained new life racing in the Classic Touring Car Club, fashioned in the iconic Gulf Livery, this one is sure to scream around the track!
