About Evelots Plant Self-Watering Glass

Evelots set of 4 large watering globes are so large you do not need to fill them often. The size allows you to refill the globe about every week or two. This set of decorative glass watering globes are both easy to use and great for taking care of your plants while you are away. Perfect for adding a splash of colors to your garden, house plants, patio plants, and hard-to-reach hanging plants. No need to worry about over- or under-watering your plants because as soil becomes dry, it draws moisture from the glass globe for up to two weeks as needed. Once the soil has been watered enough, the water stops flowing. These self-watering bulbs are a great tool for gardening beginners, or those who are new to gardening and unsure of when they should be watering plants to keep them at their healthiest. Each watering globe has its own unique green and blue color and design that will add a perfect accent to any decor. Each globe measures approximately 14.5 inches in length with a 3.75 inches in diameter globe and holds approximately 18 ounces of water. To use: Make a hole in the soil first with a stick or pencil, this will help to avoid soil clogging the tube. Fill each watering globe with water. Insert the tube into the hole you made in the soil and you are on your way to healthy, beautiful plants! To clean globe, simply fill with water and mild dish soap and shake well. Once globe looks clean, rinse and let air dry.Use a chopstick or a q-tip to gently remove any soil that may have been trapped in spout. Please note watering times may vary based on your plants watering needs, size of planter, and soil density. Works best with well packed soil. Make sure that the globe is pressed firmly into the soil. Not recommended for hanging plants unless inserting into the center of planter as the weight of the water in the globe could cause the planter to topple.
