About King Red Salmon Rub - Potlatch Seasoning Dry Spice
KING RED SALMON RUB is a gourmet dry rub that infuses rich, balanced flavor into every meal. Designed for salmon, it's versatile enough for seasoning firm white fish like Cod, Sea Bass, Haddock and Pollack, plus shrimp, chicken, pork and vegetables, and even tofu!Like all of our premium and healthy blends, King Red is made with 100% natural spices—nothing artificial, ever. This brilliant blend of smoked and mild paprika, chili peppers, light brown sugar, kosher salt, red & black pepper, and our top secret blend of spices adds robust but not overpowering flavor and a welcome texture to every dish. You'll find that it enhances, but doesn't hide the delicious, natural flavor of salmon, whether you prefer Sockeye, Coho, Chinook (King) or Atlantic varieties. How To Use: Simply rinse and pat the fish dry with a paper towel. To use King Red, shake the tin lightly (for best results), place on counter and open gently to prevent spilling. Lightly oil and rub 1-2 spoonfuls of King Red in and set aside for 30 minutes. Put on a hot grill, sauté pan or oven dish and cook to perfection.
