We had been looking to sell a Romesco sauce for many years and we partnered with Chef Mikel de Luis to do so.
We developed this version of Romesco together based on our favorite qualities in the typical Catalan sauce made with almonds, hazelnuts, and ñora peppers.
It is perfect as a spread on bread, or pair with seafood or roasted vegetables.
