About Country Brook Design | 2 Inch Black Heavy

____Description: Created from woven fibers, heavy polypropylene is a soft and flexible fabric. Great for outdoor applications due to its waterproof properties, polypro webbing is an essential go to for light and heavy duty strapping needs. Constructed using thermoplastic resins, this webbing is also mildew and UV ray resistant. Heavy polypropylene webbing won't stretch like nylon webbing can, and is more resistant to acid, alkaline, oil and grease. Seen as a more economical alternative to nylon fabric, polypro webbing is a reasonable option when doing projects. Its multi-use functionality makes it versatile enough to be used in a multitude of applications. It is best to use 2 Inch hardware with this heavy polypropylene webbing. D-rings, buckles, triglides etc. are sized by the webbing or straps they are meant to be used with. Some rolls may contain factory splices. If you need a continuous roll let us know. This heavy polypropylene webbing has a tensile strength up to 1600 lbs, but keep in mind that tensile strength is the average breaking point under good conditions at the factory. We recommend that you use no more than 25% of the tensile strength of any webbing. Heavy polypropylene webbing is a multi-purpose product and is commonly used in making: Bags, luggage, backpacks & tote bags, sporting goods, tents, sleeping bags, life jackets, underwater diving gear, personal flotation devices, fashion belts, apparel, children's products, general purpose straps, and even medical equipment. It can also be used when boating, rafting, and other outdoor applications. Use for securing your gear to your vehicle, for storing when not in use, and even use to repair straps that are worn or torn.
