Used Book in Good Condition
This book provides a comprehensive set of course materials designed to teach students the essential methodological tools of public choice and social choice (and some game theory), as those disciplines relate to a broad range of public law topics. The principal vehicles for instruction are twenty-nine carefully selected and edited articles by legal scholars, judges, and economists, writing from across the political spectrum and addressing a wide range of public law issues. In addition, the author has written close to 200 pages of original notes and questions, which critically analyze the principal articles and synthesize an even larger body of work from within the relevant legal and economic literature.
