Yupik’s organic black turtle beans are small, dark, whole dried beans! Black turtle beans should be soaked overnight, and then boiled for approximately one hour (or until tender). cooked beans can be used in salads, soups, stews, as a dip, and more. For best cooking results: 1. Rinse & drain 2. Soak in unsalted water overnight 3. Drain, add to pot with fresh cold unsalted water, slowly bring to a boil until the beans are tender, 2 to 3 hours approximately.
