With a adjustable length strap and some web loops, the 3-way bag can be transformed into a back pack when you need it, or a shoulder bag when mom need it. How large is the bag? The capacity is big enough to hold 6x 12-oz cans and it still has room for more kids lunch stuff. From our experiment, with 6-pack cans in the bag, the bag can pretty much stands by itself. The design of each bag is different, and some of the animal design has tiny web feet at the bottom. The feet with the self-standing bag makes the lunch moment so enjoyable.
