Troubleshooting Tips: If the bird does not move as instructed, the issue is likely poor electrical contact between the feet and the branch. You will need to disconnect the bird by pulling the feet away from the branch, then reconnect by gently but firmly pushing it back on the receptacles on the branch. Customers must gently seat the legs into the branch until they hear a "click" on each leg.
