ONTE #1 You may see there are water drops on the product body when you unbox it, this is becauae every unit is tested in water to confirm they are in good working condition before delivery. No need to worry about this. NOTE#2 You may see the review which says the filter will clog, please not to worry, only when the water is very dirty will the filter clog. This is not a matter because it is deisgned to strap all the dirt to keep the water clean, and the filter is very easy to uninstall for cleaning. NOTE #3 Please DO NOT let the pump out of water when it is on, if you accidentally do so, just turn it off, put it back into water and wait till the water in the tube drop down before turning it on.
