About XFORCE VMK10-250 Universal Varex Tunable
VAREX mufflers utilize our patented technology to combine the design of the stock muffler and the benefits of a performance muffler into one single compact unit. A sophisticated butterfly valve mechanism redirects the exhaust flow to vary between the two. For a louder sound level, the exhaust flow is directed through an open path, which produces maximum power with a robust sound level (or the “sports car note”) and near-zero resistance. For a lower sound level, the exhaust flows are directed through the chambered path (similar design with the stock muffler) which produces minimum sound level and the best in-car comfort. The angle of the valve is also controllable and can be adjusted to stop at various points between sports mode and silence mode. This gives you further freedom to set the optimal sound level according to your desired preference. Features a polished stainless steel finish and water resistant connectors. The VAREX motor and gear sets are located on the top of the muffler, they work as an integrated unit to drive the butterfly valve open and close. Easy Installation, no hard-wiring required (in-car 12V plug included) for plug and play functionality. Stylish remote key fob included.
