Construction: 12 Strand HMPE Winch Rope, black nylon sleeve and stainless steel thimble at one end, for better protection against abrasion Notice: Abrasion and sharp objects will shorten the life of your rope and must be avoided. Position the tubular abrasion protector on rocks, sand, or trees to guard against abrasion to the rope. IMPORTANT: THE DRUM AND FAIRLEAD MUST BE FREE OF ALL BURRS AND BE PERFECTLY SMOOTH.
