Wusthof Classic 2-Piece Starter Set A great starter set for hobby cooks, this 2-piece set includes a cook's knife and a paring knife. These durable and versatile knives are forged from stainless steel, and feature the Precision Edge Technology which offers an optimum cutting edge through the entire length of the blade. These knives also feature contoured, black handles that are ergonomically designed with cook's in mind. The blade's full tang is riveted into these synthetic handles for easy handling and control. A finger guard and full bolster is added for safety and heft to the knife. This set includes an 8" cook's knife, and a 3 1/2" paring knife. These knives are dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the blades.
