Review Wonderful Book of Journal Prompts: "I purchased this book on August 13, 2019. I have got to say that this is a wonderful book of journaling prompts that eases you while feeling anxious, depressed or both. I love how there's a prompt on each page and there's an open space where you can write out your responses on that page. However, for me, I'll use my journal to write out my responses because the spaces on each page aren't enough for me to write out my responses and I like to write a lot. Although I am living with depression and anxiety, I find this book extremely helpful!!! Nonetheless, I would encourage anyone who is living with depression and anxiety to have this book.
