About Wood Sunglasses - Multi-Colored Layered Rainbow
These sunglasses are handmade from colored wood - not bamboo. Wood is known to be a strong material, lighter than acetate/plastic yet highly uniform in strength and color. The rainbow color frames are the various colors of the wood Each wood layer is solid - not veneered or painted, and the frames are very light weight. The high quality spring loaded stainless steel hinges provide for a comfortable and flexible fit. These sunglasses best fit a medium to larger size face. The multi-layered composite resin lenses are 100% polarized, UV400 rated for complete UV (UVA/UVB} protection, are anti-reflective and high definition. The shading of the lenses comfortably blocks the strong sunlight, while not being too dark, making them useful for driving under lower light conditions. The lenses come in a base grey that is not mirrored. The mirrored versions have a red, blue, purple or green revo mirrored coating over the grey base lenses. The multi-color framed sunglasses are light enough to float well in water.
