This Wilson Pro Staff RF97 Roger Federer Autograph Matte Black Tennis Racket has a "tour weight" feel and is heavier than the older Pro Staff at 12.6 ounces strung, and has been redesigned in a carbon fiber, matte black paint scheme with Braded Graphite, which is actual carbon fiber added to the frame to reduce unwanted vibration and increase feel. It features a less dense string bed at 16x19 in order to open it up and allow for more "bite" on the ball, which translates into increased spin or Revolutions Per Second (aka RPS). At 9 points head light, you'll be able to whip the head through the zone as needed to get those extra RPS.
