The DC Motor Speed Controller Signal Generator used to adjust the motor speed and output frequency by adjusting the duty cycle of output signal. Parameters Working Voltage: DC 9V-60V Rated Current: 12A; Peak Current: 20A. Power: 500W(Max) Work Frequency: 1KHz-99KHz(Default 20KHz) Frequency Accuracy: 1%(Resolution: 1KHz) Duty Cycle: 0%-100%(Resolution: 1%) Work Temperature & Humidity: -40~85℃; 0%-95%RH Potentiometer Introduction: Long Press: keep press for more than 3s. Default display duty cycle. Normal Display Mode: ①Short press potentiometer: Turn ON/OFF output signal. ②Long press: Enter parameter set mode. ③Rotate potentiometer clockwise to increase duty cycle value and counterclockwise to decrease. Parameter Set Mode: ①Short press potentiometer: Select Parameters. Eg. Power-ON ON/OFF State(default output state if power ON), Lower Limit Value of duty cycle(display in ‘L’ and 2bit number), Upper Limit Value(display in ‘H’ and 2bit number or ‘100’) and Output Frequency(display in ‘F’ and 2bit number). ②Long press potentiometer: Save parameter and quit set mode to normal display mode. ③Rotate potentiometer clockwise to increase set value and counterclockwise to decrease. STOP Pads Inside: Used to connect to button to turn ON/OFF output if you need control output by another button/controller. Note: It needs connect to lockless button but not self-locking button. Using Steps: ①Connect work voltage(Note: don’t connect load before set parameters). ②Short press potentiometer to turn OFF output ③Long press to enter into parameter set mode. ④Short press to select set parameters. ⑤Rotate potentiometer to set parameter value. ⑥Set other parameters as step 3 and 4. ⑦Long press to save parameters and quit set mode. ⑧Connect load as wiring diagram. Short press potentiometer to turn ON output.
