NOTE: For leaking issues Insert clean brew basket and mesh filter Lock the basket handle to ensure that basket is in the proper place Carefully place the carafe fully into position, it fits tightly and there should not be any spillage. If the filter basket is blocked or if the carafe is not seated into position, water may spill along the side of the carafe.
