Keep both end of the filament be even before loading or after unloading so as not to cause stuck. 2. If filament wasn't cleared out after previous use, re-heat the pen and feed out the filament 3, If the pen clogged, you can put on the finger stalls to disassemble the pen or nozzle, then remove all the remaining filament Please Note: DO NOT touch the nib and heating dispeating during using it.
