Both the upper and lower basket can be removed to facilitate loading and unloading. The front swivel casters and rear rigid casters provide smooth movement and maneuverability. The casters have a 4" diameter and are made of hard rubber. The cart and handle are constructed from 1"-diameter 18-gauge tubes that have been plated for extended life.
