Thank you for stopping by to view my wellness journal! This Wellness journal has been designed to help you track and journal the things that make it well with your soul. The focus of this wellness journal is to help your soul to thrive. As a Christian woman, you know the utmost sense of wellbeing is peace with God, having been reconciled to the Father through Christ. Being a daughter of God provides stability in your soul. Making it well for your soul takes into account meditation on the word of God which brings about transformation and continued assurance of who you are in Christ. But distractions and destabilizers abound — things that come against that sacred and precious space: Lies from the enemy, poor habits, emotional stress, sin, lack of knowledge, an undisciplined and fearful mind; a prayerless and ungrateful heart. Any of these can creep up on us when we get caught up with the busyness and the trials of life and before we know it, our soul is weighed down. This journal helps you to become even more mindful of those things that make you whole: fellowship with the Holy Spirit; scripture meditation, praise, prayer, gratitude, confession, relationships, generosity, rest and relaxation, and self-reflection. Altogether, they spell wellness for your soul! You have 52 weeks of journaling. You can do it on your own; pair up with a friend; or with an accountability group. Most of all, enjoy the journey; learn more about the God who loves you and the beautiful person He’s created you to become through Christ. Contents and use of this journal The contents and use of this journal have been outlined for you in the first week’s sample. This consists of 4 writing pages: an undated weekly planner page, followed by 3 tracking and journaling pages. Choose one day to reflectively think abut the important things that must go into a week. After that, you can keep adding as new ideas and thoughts come to mind. “And whatever you do, in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” Colossians 3:17. As you are guided by God’s principles listed within this journal, may you enjoy sweet communion with the Lord and be blessed in your spirit, soul, and body.
