The SECRET REVEALED: This roast is an exclusive blend of Costa Rican (my hometown), Columbian And Panamanian beans. We created a roast between medium and dark. Typically the darker the roast the more you burn the bean which causes you to end up with less caffeine. The way we solved this problem is by increasing the oils and using thick organic oils that we can roast without burning into the actual bean hence keeping a great taste while still preserving high levels of caffeine!
