About Vertical Dock For MS Surface | Dock Your Surface Up

Adapt your workstation to you, not the other way around How it works: The MS Surface Dock or Dock 2 electronics (sold separately) clips into the Vertical Dock. Then the Vertical Dock is fastened to a VESA monitor arm/mount (sold separately) with 4 included screws so it rests next to your main monitors at eye-level When the Surface is gently placed into the Vertical Dock, it meets up with the magnetically aligned MS Surface Dock Connector providing connectivity to monitors, USB ports, audio, Ethernet, and power. A spring-loaded security latch provides just the right amount of clamping pressure to hold your Surface safely but facilitate easy docking and un-docking What's in the box: - Laser-cut main plate in black acrylic - Spring-loaded non-locking security latch - Industrial 3D printed parts in black PETG, PLA, or ABS - Install kit with black-oxide fasteners What you need to use the Vertical Dock: - MS Surface Dock or Dock 2 electronics - VESA monitor arm/mount (100mm x 100mm) - Desktop keyboard/mouse/monitor recommended - Philips (+) #1 screwdriver for installation - assembly required Optional accessories: - horizontal/landscape mounting bars - use the pivot built into a VESA arm to rotate 90 degrees between vertical and horizontal depending on your workflow - active cooling kit with fan speed controller - bottom cover plate to enable placing the dock electronics anywhere you like such as strapped to the VESA arm. - USB-C adapter for use with 3rd-party USB-C hubs Additional Notes: - 3D printed products tend to have a ridged surface finish which can differ slightly from one area of the part to the next.
