Cable: 4 foot cable and snap in plugs for 5.5mm x 2.5mm, 5.5mm x 2.1mm, 4.0mm x 1.7mm, 3.5mm x 1.35mm, 3.0mm x 1.1mm and 2.5mm x 0.7mm Cable Polarity: Inside is positive (+), outside is negative (-) This is the power adapter for you if you've ever found yourself with a low voltage DC device (router, router extender, baby monitor, power tooth brush charger, cordless phone base, etc..) and a misplaced power adapter. While you are looking for a matching power adapter you'll find that they all seem to have a slightly different voltage between 3V-12V and slightly different plug. You might find one that matches the voltage but not the plug. It almost seems like a conspiracy! With this adapter you can adjust the voltage and the base to the device. Most devices have the voltage listed right beside the plug if you look carefully. This power adapter is not for use for laptops.
