The Hub is NOT compatible with Nintendo Switch. 3. We suggest just one HDD/SSD is connected at a time due to the power output limitations of some laptops. If you use all ports at one time, for the stable connection, pls add extra power supply. 4. If the wireless network is affected, please set your router from 2.4GHz to 5GHz. 5.Pls do not plug and unplug the HDMI port when the hub is power on. v6.Before purchasing, please confirm your laptop/phone/PC supports USB C DP ALT mode, which means it supports usb c video output, usb c pd charging and usb c data transfer. 7.USB C PD fast charging is only for laptops but not for phones. Phones only support normal charging. 8.Do NOT recommend you charge phone through USB 3.0 port as USB port only can only offer max 1.5A current and will charge your phone slowly. 9. USB 3.0 and 2.4GHz wireless devices are interfering. This is a problem faced by all USB 3.0 hubs. So please don't use 2.4ghz wireless device (wireless mouse) close to the hub.
