The masks should be placed in the freezer before use. For best results only freeze the mask for 30 minutes. You can freeze for up to 2 hours. This is a 2 pack so you can freeze one while you use the other. Leaving the masks in the freezer for too long can lead to the masks seal breaking. If the coldness is too strong for your skin you can place a cloth between your skin and the mask.Easy To Use Gel bead hot cold packs can help ease pain when you need it most. Simply freeze them for cold therapy or put them in the microwave for heat therapy.
