The possibilities are endless, even if you're on a keto diet! Just be sure when you're deep-frying to only fill the wok to ⅓ capacity so the oil doesn't splash over. You can also use it for water-based cooking like poaching and boiling, and it's oven-safe up to 500°F. No need to worry about this frying pan wobbling.
