Product Description The USI Electric BF-1104LF Bath Exhaust Fan combines high function with practical design to keep air moving and effectively pull out moisture. This bath fan also features a 26-watt fluorescent lamp that can operate independently or with the fan. The unit comes equipped with a 110-CFM, 3.5-sones motor that is permanently lubricated so that it will not get louder over time. Galvanized steel housing on the fan is reinforced to resist humid conditions and changing attic temperatures. This bath fan is approved for use over tubs and showers when connected to a GFCI-protected branch circuit and covers over up to 135 square feet of living space. The 4-inch duct adaptor with built-in damper also reduces rattle noise and prevents back drafts from entering the room. Keyhole slots on the blower bracket simplify installation so you can have a fully-functioning bath fan in no time. This bath fan is sure to return the bathroom to a normal humidity level and prevent mold, mildew and odors from taking over your living space.
