You may have noticed it looks a little different than the other bypass loops. That’s because it has been pre-modified by us to universally fit every component in your vehicle including the satellite receiver, power amplifier, TCU (Bluetooth) module, MULF unit, CD changers, and others. It's technically the “inside” of a “female” style connector (the part you need). When you test or bypass a component you ONLY need the "female" side of the connecter, don’t be fooled by others listing selling “pairs” of Male & Female loops, the Male loop is absolutely useless when troubleshooting sound and SOS errors with your vehicle. Our loop is compatible with both BMW and Mercedes. Also, the generic, unmodified, female MOST adapter others sell often does not FIT the stock connector in your vehicle without modification & cutting (check their feedback) With this universal fiber optic loop, you can confidently plug it in for testing, diagnostics, and repair right out of the packaging without the fear of damaging it (and voiding the possibility of return) by attempting to cut it to fit yourself.
