Provides immediate relief from heel pain because it incorporates Tuli's Heel Cups patented, multi-cell, multi-layer "waffle" design which allows immediate heel pain relief by cushioning the area of pain & elevating the heel bone. Sizing Information Measure the circumference of the instep in inches (around the arch of the foot). 1. Fitted XS - Instep circumference up to 7.5" 2. Fitted Small - Instep circumference 7.5" - 8.5" 3. Fitted Medium - Instep circumference 8.5" - 9.5" 4. Fitted Large - Instep circumference 9.5" - 10.5" 5.
