About Tribe One Desert Cord (Desert Tan) – Two 4-Foot
The Desert Cord Twist - Due to the popularity of the Jungle Cord and by consumer request, the Desert Cord was born. The Desert Cord is a perfect hybrid of a bungee and cordage, which was made to secure gear backpacks, cars, truck beds, trailers, or to serve as guidelines for tents, tarps, and more. The innovative braided design gives the Desert Cord the ability to hook back into itself at any location allowing the bungee to adjust to any length, yet because of its hybrid nature, the Desert Cord can be used for any purpose that a 550 paracord would be used for. The Desert Cord is made with 1/8" nylon shock cords, giving it a tensile strength of 200 lbs., with a resting length of 4 feet and a stretched length of 9 feet.
