Trek Support’s Sport Insole is the ideal insole for running, walking, working-out or cross training. The insole delivers structure and stability without adding weight to your shoes. Weighing less than 1.5 ounces per foot while the typical gel insole tips the scale at twice that weight, the lightweight Trek Support insole helps reduce muscle fatigue. The upper layer is made of soft EVA foam that customizes to fit your foot. Wear the insole for a day and you’ll notice that it molds to the contours of your unique foot shape, creating a custom fit. This customization also helps to reduce foot fatigue and eliminates friction, the cause of corns, calluses and blisters. The bottom shell provides stability to help prevent shin splints and sore arches. Our team of foot experts designed the shell to be supportive yet flexible so the insole moves with your foot not against it. And the trampoline style heel pad absorbs shock so that every step is more comfortable. Directions: This insole is meant to replace your shoe’s existing insole. In most shoes, the original insoles are removable. Start by removing your shoe’s original insole. Insert insoles into shoe to test for fit. If needed, trim using guide on underside of insole. TIP: Initially trim to one size larger than you shoe size. Place insole in shoe. Replace every 6 months for optimal comfort and support.
