It is industrial size that can handle most oversize trash cans used in parks, warehouses, and businesses. Various other uses include • Secure protective coverings around sub-assembled or finished goods • Hold odd sizes and shapes together like bundling carpets, mats, books, files, and packages • Hold carton flaps open for picking and packing • Hold breakables gently, without crushing • Hold glued parts together until set during manufacture like in building guitars and toys • Secure paper in place on sketch and drawing boards • Keep containers tightly closed when not in use • Keep loads in place for transit and storage. IS THIS SIZE RIGHT FOR YOU? For Rectangular or square cans: Add the length to the width. For Round cans: Multiply the diameter by 1.57. Whatever you need to wrap this rubber band around, calculate or measure half of its total length. If the result is less than 18 inches, this size is too big, considering the rubber band needs to stretch for better grip. If greater than 67 inches, this size may be too small. NOTE: This is a natural rubber product and is not protected against UV (ultra-violet) radiation or other light spectrum from the sun or other light sources. It will degrade faster in sunlight or other harsh conditions. It has not received any additional chemical deodorized treatment and its fresh natural rubber odor may be come a bit strong for someone. The smell should go away over time.
