Note from the Manufacturer: Sometimes during shipping, the gears of the shuffler can slip out of alignment and cause the shuffler not to function properly. If this happens, a quick adjustment of the gears should resolve the issue. If you refer to the picture below, the arrows indicate which gears may have slipped. Slide the gear(s) back in place and make sure all gears are touching. The unit should now function properly.
