A hotpod is a device, installed into existing duct work, which can help the homeowner control the temperature of an existing room. The major benefit of this innovative design is that it is esthetically pleasing because the unit is installed outside of the desired room and is not visible unlike wall, baseboard, or portable heaters. Designed for bathrooms, bedrooms, family rooms, finished basements, room additions, or any room that needs better temperature control. This patented concept is designed for indoor installations into existing duct- work mounting directly to 6" or 8" rigid or flexible ducting. A hotpod may be installed by a professional HVAC contractor into existing duct work, or in less complicated installations by a homeowner that has some "do-it-yourself" experience.
