Use this pastry compass to cut perfect pie crusts every time! The nylon pastry wheels cut easily through the pastry, creating a perfect circle every time as they rotate around the stationary center knob. Ruler is engraved into the rotating arm, and the sliding guide will lock in place. Find the size of your pie dish, then slide the guide to the appropriate size. Ruler creates perfect pie crusts for 2"-14" baking dishes. For decorative pies, bakers can choose from four different edge designs: straight, scalloped, tight wave, and loose wave. Create a decorative edge, unique lattice, or show-stopping top with the edge design of your choice. Extra pastry wheels store compactly in a storage compartment in the center knob. Just pop the base of the knob off and choose your favorite wheel. When you’re done, keep all edge design wheels inside the knob for easy storage.
