With an ergonomic, Comfort-Grip handle and a well-balanced blade, This 5.5-Inch knife will keep you in control of your slicing, dicing and chopping. This traditional Japanese chef's knife slices, dices and minces and has vertical Hollows that prevent food from sticking to the blade. When this knife isn't in use it can store safely in its protective blade cover. This knife is BPA free and dishwasher safe.
