Mince, chop, or grind peeled garlic, then place in the tray with a little water or olive oil to freeze and use later. Prepare an entire head of garlic at once to save yourself time and effort later. Chop or mince your garlic, arrange the pieces in the tray, pour oil over the ingredients, and freeze. Also works with fresh herbs. Each cube holds approximately one clove of garlic for easy measuring. When it’s time to cook, simply pop out the number of cubes that correlate to your recipe. No peeling or mincing required! Cooking with garlic has never been easier, thanks to this freezer tray. Colored insert removes from the tray base for easier removal of the garlic. Each section has an open base, so you can use your finger to push the frozen garlic out gently. Nylon lid locks in place to seal out freezer burn. The tabs snap into place, so you know the lid is secure. Edges are slightly curved to make it easy to release the tabs and remove the lid when you’re ready to cook. The kitchen utensil is BPA-free, dishwasher-safe and food-safe for the best possible cooking experience.
